Our Strength and Sculpt Challenge is our most popular option. We have worked hard to construct the concept of getting the upmost value at a low cost. There is nothing quite like these sessions anywhere else, bringing you individual coaching with a community environment.

Strength and Sculpt sessions are small groups of ~6 clients all following their personalised program written by us tailored to achieving your goals. A coach moves around the gym working with everyone individually to ensure technique is looking great and to motivate you so that you are improving each and every week.

We will be tracking everything and pushing you with all we have to ensure you see amazing strength and transformation results within the 6 weeks.

1 on 1 Coaching

You simply cannot put a price on how valuable our 1 on 1 sessions are.
With 30- and 45-minute options available you are able to choose a time that works within your schedule. There is no doubt you will be leaving each session knowing you have worked hard to achieve your goals. With a range of trainers both male and female: have a read below on what they’re all about and send us an enquiry and we will make sure you find the trainer that is the perfect fit for you.

Have a partner or friend you’d like to do private sessions alongside?
We also offer 2-1 or 3-1 sessions for you and your friends. At discounted prices you can achieve your goals together, keep each other accountable and have a lot of fun doing it.

Powerlifting

We are fortunate enough to have some epic powerlifting coaches here in the Jungle. There is no one they can’t make strong! Having coached many athletes to state and national level you are in perfect hands to feel like a lifting boss.

Our Powerlifting Club package gives you the opportunity to train alongside other athletes in the team. Capping sessions at 6 athletes max, with multiple coaches in each session, they will work closely with you on lifting technique and structure your programming so you are always progressing each and every training block.
