Jarred

Experienced Strength and Conditioning Coach. 
My passion and knowledge of High Performance training has allowed me to coach a large variety of amateur and elite athletes, particularly junior track and field athletes and footballers with aspirations for making the AFL system. 
 
My role within Iron Jungle has allowed me to further my clientele to general population clients and in-particular lower back pain and fat loss programs. 
My program design and implementation within Iron Jungle is targeted primarily on developing optimal movement patterns and educating members on creating sustainable training habits. 
 
My goal is to continue to provide my clients with the most efficient training methods possible, ensuring them the greatest opportunity to gain success whatever their goals might be.

Callum

I am an experience personal trainer and nutrition coach, with a special interest in body composition and strength training.

Through my past experience training clients and my own background as a competitive bodybuilder, I have gained a wealth of knowledge on how to assist my clients in fat loss, muscle gain and strength and conditioning.

My goal, as an Iron Jungle coach, is to provide my clients with support and education through their training. Whether you’re looking for a change to your fitness routine or just starting out, I am here to assist you in achieving your personal goals and encourage you to create a healthy, balance lifestyle.

Chris

I am one of the owners of the Iron Jungle and specialise in strength and conditioning, having coached athletes from amatuer through to the professional level, I have a wealth of experience in helping my clients feel better and kicking their goals out of the park.

Through my Bachelor degree in Human Movement and Masters degree of Sports Coaching I have been able to gain a deep understanding of the human body, having specialised knowledge in exercise physiology, nutrition, athletic performance, sleep and recovery. Not only will I help you achieve your fitness goals, but I will teach you along the way so you can gain a lifelong knowledge on how to stay strong and healthy.

I am also the head coach of the Iron Jungle Powerlifting Club, where we have an amazing team with the best culture to be a part of, ranging from newcomers to the sport all the way up to state champions/record holders. Mickayla

Hey, I’m Mickayla, aka Tonks, Tonksy or the girl who always wears Mickey mouse clothes! I love powerlifting, and have won local competitions, and I have an absolute passion for fitness, I’m a Mickey Mouse fan and am known for having vivid hair! Most importantly; I LOVE a balanced lifestyle, as the simple fact is fitness is not your life but a part of it! I want to make people feel comfortable in the gym and confident with who they are. The transformation isn’t only what happens externally but internally being just as important. I’m passionate about growing through life, and taking this step with me is growth in itself. LETS GET IT!

I am a coach/owner of Iron Jungle, having competed at national level fitness modelling (bodybuilding) and powerlifting I can achieve both muscle growth and strength through my training style. 

Specialising in body transformations, I am passionate about getting my clients to reach their goals. I understand as a coach to ensure results that it is not only through sharing knowledge and tools, but also through constant support and communication.

I work with women to gain strength and muscle, body confidence, assist in nutrition but most importantly to enjoy what they are doing. I am results driven, no goal is ever overlooked. You will be sure to remember your ‘why’ each session, no matter how tough it may be.

My key goal will be to ensure you feel empowered working with me, love your body for what it can do, and be proud of what you can achieve. Let’s get ready for the next big chapter in your life.

I’ve recently taken the leap from my career as an engineer to follow my passion of helping others achieve their fitness and mindset related goals. I’ve been told time and time again that I have a natural ability for helping and inspiring others to enjoy being physically active and should follow that.

I love leading an active lifestyle and take my fitness and wellbeing seriously. When I’m not in the gym or hitting the pavement, I love to immerse myself in nature and challenge myself in our beautiful mountainous state.

My goal and motivation is to help others achieve their fitness related lifestyle goals through the development of individualised and achievable programs.
The saturation of health and fitness related information available now can be overwhelming and leave many unsure as to where to start.
I believe that incorporating fitness activities that you actually enjoy paired with realistic and measurable goals is key to realising the goals you visualise.

I want to help those ready and willing to define their goals and work closely with them to achieve those with close communication and motivation. Whether It’s weight loss, increased strength or general

fitness and confidence that you want to achieve, I believe I am the trainer ready to hold you accountable and drive you forward.
